Here at Indicia, the communication agency within KMMS, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our talented Client Services Department.

The Opportunity

In our Edinburgh locale, this role provides 1st line support for end-users or beneficiaries of Marketing Technology platforms implemented and/or maintained by Indicia.

The Helpdesk Analyst will ensure fewer incidents are escalated to the Data Engineering & Professional Services teams as 2nd or 3rd line support to ensure their focus is on revenue generating work.

About You

As a Helpdesk Analyst; you’ll have had previous experience on a Helpdesk with incident or problem management.
Demonstrable knowledge and use of enterprise level Service Desk tool or Helpdesk Applications e.g. Jira Service Desk or Service Now.
Exceptional written & verbal communication
Experience with incident or problem management
Demonstrable knowledge and use of enterprise level Service Desk tool or Helpdesk Applications e.g. Jira Service Desk or Service Now
Exceptional written & verbal communication
Problem solving skills within a technical environment 
Critical thinking skills
Listening ability and patience
Great Customer Service & relationship management experience
Knowledge and previous support of Database applications
