Senior Account Manager – London
Here at Indicia, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our talented Client Services Department.
This role sits in our central office in London and will work across all our business.

You’ll work with one of our biggest clients! Your primary responsibility will be:
• Managing the day-to-day running of our largest retail client – partnering with the client.
• Driving the strategy.
• Bringing excellence in delivery of everything we do.
Our role is to lead our client’s strategies that sits across DM, Email, Facebook, and Display. To do this, you’ll get to know:
• Their target customer inside out – working to uncover new insights from data, the market and the client team.
• To create innovative, exciting and award-winning campaigns that attract our new consumers.
You’ll be directly supported by a wider CS team as well as our insight, technology, planning, creative and operations team to make sure we deliver the highest quality work.
A little bit about you:
As a Senior Account Manager (SAM), you will:
• Work autonomously on client activity.
• Work across departments on multiple pieces of activity to develop strategy.
• Take responsibility for seamless campaign delivery.
• Support and develop junior members of the team.
• Be competent in expressing the full agency offering.
• Will work with your AD and the senior Client Services management team to deliver the client strategy.
Your attention to detail is second to none – accuracy, quality, timeliness and profitability are vital for managing the briefing, scheduling and delivery process.
You can brief creative solutions based on insights and opportunities you’ve helped uncover through working with analytics, technology and planning.
