Dyno were known for their drains expertise but many people didn’t know that they’re also heating professionals and offer the biggest plumbing service in the UK. Our challenge was to blow the lid on Dyno’s secret services and extend their brand reputation.

The solution

As we delved into the world of Dyno, we discovered the stories of the highly skilled men and women that save households across the UK, 24/7. We named them Dyno’s everyday heroes and we created a celebratory campaign using real-life engineers to tell their stories. We staged an internal competition to find the new faces of Dyno. Then our heroes, armed with a new strap line, took centre stage to sell Dyno’s full offering across national and local press ads, online display ads and radio adverts.

The results

We created a range of engaging, attractive ads that authentically spread the word of Dyno’s services. Not only did the public love it, Dyno told us that “the campaign has been extremely well received by franchisees all over the UK.”
